Trainee Nursing Associate shifts
If one of the staff at RHN goes on training outside of the Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability, it should be logged as an absence. However, if the training takes place within one of the wards at RHN, it should be logged based on the following instructions:

- Time Range: Select the correct time range for the training.
- Location: Choose the ward where the staff member is doing their TNA shifts.
- Shift Type: Select Supernumerary.
- Person: Type the name of the staff member.
- Job Type: Select Trainee Nursing Associate.
- Speciality: Choose one of the matching options from the dropdown.

And click on Proceed.
4. Once you click Proceed, additional details will load at the bottom of the same page where you can select the correct shifts:
Please keep in mind that in the Shift Worked As dropdown, you must select Permanent.
