If one of the staff at RHN goes on training and training is outside of Royal Hospital for Neurodisability it should be logged as an absence, and if the training is happening on one of the wards within the RHN, it should be logged based on the following instructions.

In Roster, on Management tab > Bulk Load Shifts:
